Why we built Flywheel
The same problem, seen from three different directions.
Organisations are sitting on data that is commercially invisible to them, and at the same time are being handed obligations they have no infrastructure to meet. Both problems have the same root, and the same fix.
Unmet obligation
Regulators shift duty onto operators without giving them the means to discharge it.
No one joining them
Discharging an obligation produces the verified data that was missing. Few treat it as an asset.
Flywheel exists to close that loop: build the infrastructure that discharges the obligation, and keep the evidence it produces as a compounding asset.
